    On a similar note, Losing belly fat really isn’t rocket science. The reason most people aren’t successful in permanently losing belly fat, or any fat for that matter, is they quit too soon. We live in an age of instant gratification and we expect what took us a couple of years to add on to our bellies to go away with three weeks of starving and exercise. As you probably already know, that just doesn’t work.

    • I am doing couple of different types of abdominal exercises for fat loss, i have worked out completely one month with abdominal crunches and cardio but my body result is very slow in burn fat at abs. I am sticked on fat loss diet structure. Here my question is,there is any great exercise for FAST fat loss at belly and effective to turn my body into six pack ripped with in short period of time?

      • If your having problems toning your abdominal area with those exercises, I would look into the type of diet your on and change that next. Try cutting out more of the fatty foods that you’re eating.

    • A really good way to lose weight without a diet is to drink 4 cups of water before every meal. This will fill you up, and you’ll eat less, plus water is really good for you. Couple this with the weights at home, and you’ll be fine. oh, and by the way, Google power of ten adam zickerman and get the book its a workout that you do twice a week for 20 minutes, and its better than the 5 day a week, hour each day routine my dad and i have both been doing this for 2 years, and it works really really well. so yeah, drink water before you eat to lose the extra fat, and use your weights for power of 10 to get muscle good luck!!!!!hope this helps!!!!!

    this is an excellent article. hopefully by studying your post anyone can get the idea about losing fat. thnaks

    • if just depends on the peosrn and everything. because you don’t loose weight from just one spot, it loses from all over, so i lost 25 lbs with exercising and eating right and i only went down one size. it just depends. and if you lift weights, you may weigh more because your building muscle, but it will be firmer and wont be flabby like fat. so don’t always measure things in terms of pounds because it can be very misleading.

  7. I want to lose fat around my belly and a little on my arms and calfs. Im 5ft 9 inches and i weigh 190. I want to lose fat i dont care about how much i weigh i just want to look good. Its just that i dont have a high metabolisim. So i have aout 2 hours a day that i could use to workout but i cant go to the gym i have an ellipitical at home and i have weights.

    • If you have about 2 hours per day to dedicate yourself to working out and exercising, that would be more than enough to get you to your weight loss goals that you have.
